This coffee comes to us from the Huila department in southern Colombia. This particular coffee undergoes the Sugar Cane E.A. (ethyl acetate) Decaffeination Process; often referred to as "The Natural Decaffeination Method". Natural decaffeination maintains integrity of the green coffee flavors without imparting those “decaf” flavors that we dread. Although we don’t drink much decaf at Smokin’ Aces, we wanted to provide a thoughtful and delicious option for those that do!
